Returns

Returns must be requested within 60 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and undamaged, and a return authorization is required before sending anything back. Freight costs, a 20% restocking fee and original standard card processing fees may apply.

Limited warranty

RTA Quality Cabinets warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials for five years from shipment, for normal residential use. Natural wood and color variation, commercial use, misuse, installation damage and other stated exclusions apply. For a claim, email a description and two photos to info@rtaqualitycabinets.com.
