When your shipment arrives, count each skid and loose piece against the delivery receipt, inspect boxes for damage and photograph anything that needs attention before signing.

Keep a copy of the bill of lading and packing slip. Report concealed or freight damage within 7 business days, with photos, to info@rtaqualitycabinets.com.
